In the Greenlake neighborhood, its all about elevating the house to gain access to views of Greenlake Park. We used carefully placed expansive windows and a third floor courtyard scheme to give this house the daylight and views that Seatteites crave.

This project was designed by the previous iteration of our company, D3 Design/Build, in collaboration with Vandeventer + Carlander Architects, the Architect of Record for the project.
